Meet Your Coaches!
Our coaches are passionate about sports and enthusiastic about working with kids. Our staff is experienced and knowledgeable, so always feel free to approach them with any questions or concerns. We strive to provide the best experience for each child, and parental feedback is a big part of what keeps the ball rolling at Lil Sluggers.
Coach JeffJeff began playing organized baseball in 1975, and has played at just about every level since that time. He was a three-year starter for his high school team at shortstop, and went on to play third base at Purdue University for the only team in school history to make it to the College World Series Regional in Starkville, Mississippi. He also played semi-professional baseball for the Royals and had two try-outs with the Cincinnati Reds and one with the St. Louis Cardinals. Since his playing days, he has coached at many different levels.

Coach EdgarCoach Edgar's love of baseball and experience working with kids started way back when he was little. He started working at Lil Sluggers in September of 2010. Every time one of his players moves up to the next level, there are always a few that come back to say "hey!" and give him a high five. When he sees them thrive at the next level, he thinks to himself he knows he contributed to their success.
