T-Ball/Coach-Pitch Instructional Program
​Spring Session 1 - March 3rd thru April 19th

Decide if you want your Slugger to play once a week or twice a week.  Click on the day(s) of the week you would like your Slugger to practice and/or play in a game.  A pre-registration drop down menu will appear at the top of the form.  From there choose the appropriate age group, program and time for your t-ball or coach-pitch instructional practice and/or game.

PRACTICE - All practices held at SPF Fieldhouse, 2367 W. Logan Boulevard
Monday thru Friday - 4:30 pm

GAMES - All games held at Only Sports Complex, 3800 N. Milwaukee Avenue
Saturday T-Ball & Coach-Pitch - 9:00 am, 10:00 am & 11:00 am
