The Lil Sluggers calendar is based on the seasons - Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall. Some of the seasons have more than one session (i.e. Spring Session 1 and Spring Session 2). When you register, you are signing up for one hour of baseball per week for the duration of that session, unless you choose the "double play" option.
